Original artwork sales are final and will not be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind.

Rebecca wants you to love your new artwork, so please get in touch with her if you are unsure at the time of purchase and she will do her best to provide as much clarity and transparency as possible. You are welcome to view the work in person at Rebecca’s studio in Auckland before purchasing.

Every order is handled with care, however if artwork is damaged during the shipping process, please contact Rebecca by email at rebecca@hawthorn.nz within 10 days of receiving your artwork. Damaged items will qualify for a store credit or exchange when returned in its original packaging along with accompanying documentation.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  A further delivery charge will be required for sending all replacements.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs within New Zealand will be added at final checkout. 

For international shipping rates please contact Rebecca by email before completing your on-line purchase and she can advise rates specific to your country of delivery.

 

pickup

Free Pickup can be arranged from Rebecca’s studio in St Johns, Auckland. 

When you checkout there will be an option to select this.  After you have completed your purchase, you will be contacted within one day - by email, to arrange a pickup time and advise the pickup address.
